Silicone coated glass fabrics combine the superior strength and dimensional stability of woven fiberglass with a high temperature silicone coating. These fabrics exhibit excellent thermal and mechanical properties. Additionally, the silicone coating provides better friction than PTFE coated fabrics with very good release properties - especially when in contact with adhesives and other tacky substances. With continuous use temperatures up to 232°C, these fabrics can be used in a broad range of applications including: heat curtains, release sheets and general belting.
